Unitex 00 biodegradable greases are based on a blend of synthetic ester oil and calcium thickener and enriching additives in NLGI: 00 consistency class.
The lubricants are characterized by very good operating properties:
- water resistant,
- they exhibit low resistance to displacement through low-pressure pipe diameter (which is particularly important in winter conditions),
- they reduce the noise emitted by trams when travelling in curves.
The biodegradability of Unitex lubricants is approximately 90% (CEC L-33-A-93 method) Unitex 00:
